All products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final. Please review product details, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
In the event of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and a replacement will be provided when applicable. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution of any designs is prohibited.

Tearapy Session – Giveaway & Discount Code Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all giveaways, promotions, and discount code distributions (“Giveaways”) conducted by Tearapy Session (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through our official merch platform. By participating in any Giveaway, participants (“you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
1.1. Giveaways are open to individuals who meet all legal requirements of their jurisdiction.
1.2. Participants must provide valid contact information to be eligible to receive prizes or discount codes.
2. Giveaway Structure
2.1. A Giveaway is triggered every time Tearapy Session reaches 100 product sales.
2.2. For each Giveaway cycle, the following prizes will be issued to three (3) different individuals:
One (1) Pokémon TCG Booster Pack from the current era/set
One (1) Pokémon TCG Booster Bundle from the current era/set
One (1) Pokémon TCG Elite Trainer Box (ETB) from the current era/set
2.3. In addition to the product prizes, ten (10) individuals will receive discount codes applicable to Tearapy Session merchandise.
3. Winner Selection
3.1. All winners are selected at random from eligible participants.
3.2. Each winner will be assigned one (1) prize only per Giveaway cycle.
3.3. A participant who previously won a product prize may enter future Giveaways and is eligible to win again provided the prize is different from the product previously received.
3.4. Discount code winners may also participate in and win future Giveaways without restriction.
4. Prize Details
4.1. All physical products awarded in Giveaways (booster pack, booster bundle, ETB) will be from the current Pokémon Trading Card Game set available at the time of selection.
4.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substitutions.
5. Winner Notification
5.1. All Giveaway winners—whether product prizes or discount codes—will be notified exclusively through the official Tearapy Session email:

5.2. Notifications will be sent after each 100-sales milestone has been met.
5.3. Winners are responsible for responding promptly to provide any required shipping or contact information.
5.4. Tearapy Session is not liable for:
Missed notifications due to spam filters, blocked emails, or outdated contact information
Delays caused by mail carriers or shipping providers.
5.5. Winners have seven (7) calendar days from the timestamp of the notification email to respond. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in the automatic forfeiture of the prize, which will be reassigned to another randomly selected participant.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1. Physical prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.
6.2. Shipping costs, if any, will be disclosed in the winner notification.
6.3. Tearapy Session is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items once shipped.
7. Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified if they:
Provide false or misleading information
Violate these Terms or applicable laws
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with Giveaway operations
8. Changes to the Giveaway
Tearapy Session reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Giveaway or these Terms at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not materially disadvantage participants without good cause.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree that Tearapy Session is not liable for:
Technical malfunctions
Email delivery issues
Errors in prize distribution due to participant-provided information
Any damages arising from participation or prize acceptance

Return & Refund Policy
Because all items in this store are made to order through print-on-demand fulfillment, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. Please double-check product details and sizing information before placing your order.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue, and a replacement or refund will be issued if the problem is confirmed.
Items must be unworn and unused for any claim to be eligible.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
